This self catering accommodation is situated close to the foot of Snowdon in a rural location between Beddgelert and Caernarfon. The property has private parking, and a garden with views of the surrounding mountains. The steam trains of the Welsh Highland Railway pass by close to the farmhouse.

Ystrad Isaf is ideal for a relaxing self catering holiday or break in North Wales. There are plenty of places to eat in nearby Beddgelert, Rhyd Ddu, Waunfawr, and Caernarfon. The nearest shop is about 2 miles away in Waunfawr.

The area is perfect for walkers and there are many local paths including the Snowdon Ranger Path up Snowdon. There are numerous other activities catered for in the area including climbing, mountain biking, birdwatching (Ospreys near Beddgelert) and fishing. This part of North Wales is also well known for the numerous castles and steam railways.
